Post & Beam, helmed by Restaurateur/Owner Brad Johnson and Executive Chef/Owner Govind Armstrong offers seasonal California cuisine with a touch of soul to the surrounding Baldwin Hills neighborhood and beyond. Showcasing the restaurant group’s ethos of embracing locally sourced ingredients, Post & Beam utilizes its onsite garden and the South Central Farmers’ Cooperative to create a Southern-inspired menu.

Guests can enjoy dishes and wood-fired oven creations such as Cast Iron Chicken with poached garlic; Wood Mussels and Calamari with spicy tomato sauce, and lemon relish; Garden Pizza layered with hand-harvested toppings; Roasted Salmon with tender leeks and crispy root vegetables; and classics including Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Shrimp Grits.

Post & Beam’s full bar features a list of seasonal “garden to glass” cocktails and a selection of California wine and craft beers.

HOURS OF OPERATION UPDATE:

We will be transitioning to a new schedule that focuses exclusively on our renowned Brunch service and building our Post & Beam Catering and 
Private Event business. After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue dinner services until further notice. Our dinner menu items will now be available for catering and private events only. This change was a necessary pivot for the health of our business. 

To help with with this transition, we'll be CLOSED through Friday, March 22nd and we're back Saturday, March 23rd!

Our NEW schedule will be: 

Saturdays & Sundays 11:00pm - 4:00pm

Tuesday- Friday will be available for private events only
