Join us every Wednesday at 5:00 AM &amp; 6:30 PM for a high-energy fitness session designed to build strength, endurance, and mental grit. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned athlete, these workouts will push you to new heights.Location: Baldwin Hills Crenshaw – Lower Level of the East Parking Garage (near the police station) Near Crenshaw Blvd.&nbsp;Time: Every Wednesday at 5:00 AM &amp; 6:30 PMWhat to Bring: Water, towel, and a positive attitudeThis small-group class is limited to 10 participants. Baldwin Hills Crenshaw offers free indoor mall walking on Level 2 from 8AM until the mall opens. To participate, sign in at the West entrance between TJ Maxx and H&amp;R Block (Level 2).
