Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned athlete, these workouts will push you to new heights.

Location: Baldwin Hills Crenshaw – Lower Level of the East Parking Garage (near the police station) Near Crenshaw Blvd. 
Time: Every Wednesday at 5:00AM
What to Bring: Water, towel, and a positive attitude

This small-group class is limited to 10 participants. All attendees must sign a waiver before participating.

Baldwin Hills Crenshaw offers free indoor mall walking on Level 2 from 8AM until the mall opens. To participate, sign in at the West entrance between TJ Maxx and H&R Block (Level 2).

Walking Hours: 8 AM - 10AM/11 AM

Mall Hours of Operation:

Sunday: 11AM - 7PM

Monday - Saturday: 10AM - 8PM

Beginner Class: 4:30PM 

Advanced Class: 6:00PM 

Location: Level 2, The Bridge 

All participants will need to sign a waiver before participating. 

No class on Monday, March 4, 2024.
