Our team is committed to ensuring that qualified local residents and ethnic minorities are given every opportunity to participate in the immediate renovation of BHCP, as well as its long-term transformation.

We have taken a proactive approach to providing both, the opportunity for qualified minority contractors to compete for contracts and for local residents to apply for jobs as part of these transformative projects. For instance, we are working with local partners like the Minority Business Opportunity Center to expand our available pool of qualified contractors, and with local work source centers to cast a wide net on local hiring efforts.
