Are gift cards available for purchase?
The BHCP Card is a gift of options – perfect for any occasion. The BHCP Card will be available this holiday season and redeemable at participating merchants. For a full list of participating merchants, guidelines, stipulations and purchase options, please click here.

Does BHCP offer a shopper rewards program?
BHCP offers frequent shopper rewards and incentives in the form of retail promotions. These include gift-with-purchase and enter-to-win promotions which are offered on an on-going basis.

Are pets allowed in the shopping center?
Only service animals are allowed on mall property.

What full service restaurants are offered?

Is valet parking available?
Valet parking is not currently available but is part of the list of services and amenities offered post renovation.

Where are ATM machines located?
ATM machines are located in three locations: on the first level near the food court, in South Court adjacent to the escalators and on the second level near WalMart.

Does BHCP offer a mall walkers program?
BHCP does not currently offer a structured mall walkers program however the mall is open to mall walking beginning at 9:00 a.m. Oasis Senior Center located on the 3rd floor inside of Macy*s also offers a mall walking program for seniors enrolled in the Oasis Senior Center program. How can I reserve space to host an event at the mall?
The BHCP community room is currently under construction. For information on availability for lease please contact Guest Services at 323.290.6636. Petitioner’s tables are also available on the second level outside of WalMart. For inquiries and details, please contact Guest Services.

Will there be a play area for children?
A Children’s soft play area is planned as part of the initial renovation and will be located in South Court.

When will the theater reopen?
The all new, state of the art Rave Motion Pictures theater is scheduled to open during the Summer of 2011.

Will the theater have guidelines for young children attending adult movies?

Is BHCP available for locations shoots?

What is the timeline for completion of the renovation project?
The renovation is scheduled to be completed by the Holiday season of 2011.

How will the renovation affect my shopping experience?
The renovation will be staged to minimize impact on shoppers.

Why didn�t the theaters stay open during the construction process?
The change in operator and substantial renovations to the existing theater building required that the theater be shut down in order to efficiently execute the renovation of the theater building.

Will security be increased for the movie theater?
BHCP is committed to providing excellent public safety services for our patrons. Public safety patrols will be increased accordingly to maintain the safety of our shoppers.

What new stores are coming to the mall?
BHCP recognizes the need to provide quality retailers to this community. It is our overall objective to take Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza from what is now considered a C-level property to an A-level property, consistent with our competitors. Our directory of stores and services will be updated regularly.

How does the immediate renovation differ from the long-term redevelopment project?
The immediate renovation is the first step in a long-term transformation of the property that has anchored the Crenshaw Corridor since the 1940s. The team envisions a complete transformation of the 43-acre property, including a new residential neighborhood, a hotel and commercial office building situated within pedestrian friendly tree-lined sidewalks, and conveniently linked to the proposed Metro Rail public transit center on Crenshaw Boulevard.

Will the theater and mall management be committed to maintaining the property after the redevelopment is complete?
The initial investment of $30 Million to the renovation project is evidence of the commitment of ownership to ongoing maintenance of the property.

Is the BHCP Live! concert series offered only during the summer?
The BHCP Live! Summer Concert series is an outdoor series offered during the summer months. From October � May, BHCP Live! presents "Up Close" an on-going series of performances taking place in an intimate setting on the indoor stage located in Center Court.

Will the Crenshaw farmers market still be available during construction?
The Crenshaw Farmer�s Market will remain available throughout the construction process. Check our events page for the most up-to-date information in the Farmer�s Market.
